One price, delivered
195 EUR includes delivery anywhere in Europe and 25 % Danish VAT. That covers the EU as well as the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland. Nothing is added at checkout: the price you see is the price you pay, and the VAT is itemised on your invoice.
Outside the EU
Parcels to the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland leave the EU customs union, so your own country may charge local import VAT or a handling fee when the parcel arrives. That charge is set by your customs authority, not by us, and we cannot collect or waive it. The 195 EUR still covers the enclosure and the shipping.
Dispatch
Orders are packed and dispatched from Denmark within two working days. You will get a tracking link when the parcel leaves us. Delivery usually takes two to five working days within the EU, a little longer outside it.
How it arrives
Fully assembled and solvent welded, packed to survive a courier. There is nothing to build. Unpack it, rinse it with lukewarm water, and set it up.
If something arrives damaged
Send us a photograph within seven days of delivery and we will replace the enclosure. Keep the packaging until you have checked the enclosure over.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, as under EU distance selling rules. The enclosure has to come back unused and in its original packaging, and return shipping is yours to pay. Write to us first so we can tell you where to send it.
Care
Acrylic scratches more easily than glass. Clean it with lukewarm water and a soft cloth, never with alcohol, ammonia or glass cleaner, which will craze the surface.
